A.M. Class  –  Kickboxing / Cardio Class

In a relaxed, welcoming environment, these creative programs bring diversity and finesse to our classes allowing anyone to participate for one’s own personal reasons, and to keep our students engaged and consistent in their training which will lead to positive results.  It’s a step away from the normal routine of getting into shape by being fun and yet, challenging. 

The Kickboxing/Cardio Program is excellent for those who are drawn to the physical fitness and/or weight loss aspects of training, or for those who do not wish to train in the martial arts program but have interest in some form of skill set. It’s a head-to-toe workout like none other, making it more livelier & engaging when in a group setting. 

The A.M. class is for either the martial art or kickboxing/cardio student. The more the merrier!

Fridays – 9:00 – 10:15 am
